There are various reasons to make the choice to return your order. Read this page carefully to avoid misunderstandings and possible delays.
For returns, it is important to return the product in its original packaging, and to include any packing slip and return form.
To be sure that your return shipment has arrived with us, we also advise you to keep your proof of shipment.
From the moment you received your order, you have the option to decide to return the product within 14 days. We kindly ask you to decide within this period whether you want to keep the product or not.
For returning the order, the return costs are for your account. We will credit the amount within 14 days. You can also use the return form.

Return costs
When you return an order, you pay the return costs yourself. Has a defective or wrong product been delivered? Then you will receive the total purchase amount including shipping costs back from us. Items can be returned within 14 working days of receipt.
Liability
As the receiving party of your return shipment, we are not responsible for damage or loss of the package during transport. Therefore, always keep the proof of shipment, which you receive from the party with which you return the package.
Processing returns
Upon arrival of the return shipment, it will be processed as soon as possible. Any replacement items will also be sent as soon as possible. We aim to process your shipment within 5 days.
If you receive a refund from us, we will process this refund within 10 days. It depends on the speed of your bank when the money is in your account.
Conditions for returns
The order can be exchanged or returned within 14 working days after receipt. Of course, the returned products must always be provided with any labels and packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
•Items received more than 14 working days ago
•Items whose seal has been broken
•Items that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons, such as dirt or stains
•Items that are used, damaged or incomplete
•Items whose packaging is damaged due to use or careless opening of the box.
•Articles of which the seal bag is missing
Beware! If the 14 working days have passed, you can no longer return the order. Products that are damaged or show signs of use are not eligible for exchange or refund.
